“¡Confía y suelta!”. Foreword

Foreword by Julius R. Naranjo

I have the honor of prefacing this book you have now in your hands, Dear reader, thanks to the offer of the author, Concepción Hernández, Conchi for those who enjoyed their terse letters and comforting friendship. In “Confía y suelta” the author proposes we take the most exciting journey you could make, in this new era of boundless wealth of information, with transport means that if a century ago foresaw the arrival of man on the moon, Now promise furrowing the endless universe around us. And yet, Never before has the feeling of emptiness and loneliness has penetrated so deeply into a human being eager to know and learn, overwhelmed perhaps because the perennial quest be as complicated as always impossible to count the desert sands.

The evocative journey in this wonderful book the author proposes, but nevertheless, It does not require large media, even walking long distances, although if you are able to find the path, desbrozarla after weed, show us the way, discover the inexhaustible depth at the bottom of your heart dwells and waits to be released. Because in “¡Confía y suelta!”, the protagonist is none other than yourself; you are the center of your own universe, but sometimes there are so many burdens and sorrows that you face daily, that prevent us from seeing the forest no longer, but even the same trees.

In the old frontispiece of the Delphic Oracle looks a longstanding and perhaps disturbing inscription: “Know yourself”. Do we really know who we are? Devoid baggage accumulated over our existence; the heavy burden that sometimes involves taking mistakes, live with the pains suffered and unhealed wounds, forget that despite all, nothing and no one but ourselves, we can truly transcend and become what we should be. And to achieve that degree of self-knowledge, awareness of your own being, the author will guide us, holding his hand, the same transcribing what from the depths of his heart dictates love, to know that resonates within you the biggest secret that in his opinion explains everything. Here and now, nothing matters as much as learning to love yourself.

Concepción Hernández, Conchi, is one of those people who, Oscar Wilde say, shines like sunlight intentional life. Enjoy his light.
